I was appalled when I started to pack my handbag for work tomorrow, after taking more than a week's break. The bag felt heavy so I decided to do some house-keeping to see if I could lighten the weight. After pouring out the contents on the dining table, I found:
- 3 pieces of Rice Krispies - since I don't know when and how it got there, unless Am Am threw them inside.
- Sweet wrappers - I've resorted to bribing the kids with sugar to stop them from whining. Either my ears are getting more sensitive or the kids are turning into whining experts, they moan and groan over any displeasures and my ears can't stop ringing with their voices.
- 3 thumbdrives - which 2 are full with files so old that I can only remember I can't use them because they are full. Why did I bring them about if I can't use them then??!
- 5 packets of tissues - you see only 2 because the 3 others were found in another inner pocket.
- Expired discount vouchers which it always happen I will remember I have them only AFTER they have expired.
Well, just to share and hope I'm not the only person with messy contents. I did try to contain my junk by using a smaller bag but I ended up walking around the bag unzipped and things sticking out of it.
