Two days to the end of new year. Where has the year gone to?? There isn't enough time to do much, less blogging, less time for photography. But more time for holidaying and creating moments with the family.
As all parents would agree, bringing up a kid is heaps of hard work (& big bucks) but it's all worth the while. Life for me and Tee Seng evolve around our 4 big shots now. This blog is to celebrate the 'bosses' in our lives, particularly since we are stuck with them for good (and vice versa).

December (and other months) in a Nutshell
Two trips in a month. Great fun but comes with ultimate exhaustion. Packing for sun + water then unpacking and then picking clothes for snow and ski. Wow, wow... I'm officially 'toured-out'.

And.. We are Back! Hello, Club Med Bintan!
Hurray, we made it to Bintan and it was another round of fun in the sun/ rain and with friends.
It started with two families, and then two more gfs booked the same dates so we had a total of 12 kids and 8 adults. Needless to say, the kids had plenty of fun, made new friends and enjoyed themselves, including our twinsies. How things have changed since we were there two years ago with the three year olds. Being five now, they could enjoy so much more, running around with the older ones, ordering drinks by themselves and also looking forward to meal times where they took the trays with dividers and chose what they wanted to eat.
Archery, trapeze (even the Mummies tried it), snorkeling, kayaking, tennis, soccer, water netball, the kids did them all. And as always, beautifully, we did not have to pay a single cent for additional lessons or activities.
Pictures say it all. Four days of laughter and joy, despite me having to work a couple of hours each day and grappling with the intermittent wifi network (free, can't complain actually). Once again, I'm suffering from withdrawal symptoms... from the carefree, everything-catered-for lifestyle. Life's good!

Dream Holiday Came True!
Hubs and I had wanted to go on a ski trip with the older two in 2009 then we discovered that our baby plan came true. So... Holiday postponed.
Loved every part of it! Club Med Sahoro!
We waited and waited, snow = winter = plenty of clothes and luggages to deal with, not to mention four children to deal with. Then a friend booked a ski holiday with Club Med for a trip a year later and it caught my attention. To get it cheap, about $2700 for a 6D6N holidays with air ticket and full board, that was a good deal and we needed somewhere like Club Med where we didn't need to worry about hunting for meals and transferring everyone to and fro the hotel to the ski park.
So we got my Mom and Dad to join us, no need for helpers and we booked!
Here are my childhood friends. We knew each other since we were 10/11 years old. Glad we tried to make this trip happen!
Always loved Japanese breakfast with miso soup, rice, salad and grilled Saba.
Venturing with the Hubs in the afternoons.
#snowga = snow yoga
Best, best, best jacuzzi experience. The Canadian Bath! Hot tub in cold snow.
Brave Daddy took the twinsies down the slope. I couldn't manage without poles, and with a girl so he took turns with them while I played with one and we built snowmen and structures.
